Which app should I download?

Choose Mac for an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 13 or later, Windows for a 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC, iPhone for iOS 16.4 or later, or Android for Android 7.0 or later. The web editor is also available without installing an app.

Is Vidmoat free?

The apps are free to download, and the phone apps offer in-app purchases. Your plan determines AI usage, export allowances and available features. Visit the pricing page for the current plan details.

Can I switch between my phone and computer?

Yes, sign in with the same account to access your cloud projects. Media imported locally on a desktop must be uploaded before another device or a cloud export can use it.

Does the desktop app work offline?

An internet connection is required to load the editor, sign in, access cloud projects and use AI. Desktop local import avoids an initial upload. The desktop apps can also render supported MP4 exports on your computer.

What about Linux or an Intel Mac?

Use Vidmoat in a current browser on these computers. Linux downloads and an Intel Mac build are not available yet. Android phones can get the app on Google Play.
