Yes. A Day Pass gives you Creator access for 24 hours ($2.99), 3 days ($4.99), or 7 days ($8.99), with 120, 300, or 600 included AI credits respectively. It starts after payment, ends automatically, and does not renew. Image and video generation and personal API keys require Studio.
Yes — no card required. Hobby gives you 3 projects, 8 exports a month at 720p (with a small Vidmoat watermark and a two-second end card) and a monthly allowance of AI credits. It never expires.
Credits power the AI features: agent edits from a prompt, auto-captions and transcription, AI sticker generation, and audio/visual analysis. Manual editing — cutting, keyframes, effects, markers — never costs credits. Included plan credits refresh every 30 days. Separately purchased credit packs never expire. Everyone on the team gets everything Studio has, plus shared projects, shared media and a shared brand kit. AI credits are pooled rather than per person: the team gets 2,000 credits per seat each month and anyone can draw on the pool, falling back to their own balance if it runs out. No. Joining a team can only ever add capability. Your entitlements are the most generous of your own plan and your team's, field by field — so if you personally pay for Studio and join a team on a smaller allowance, you keep every Studio limit you were already paying for.
Yes. No contracts — upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like, and a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
If we made a mistake, yes: duplicate charges, charges after you cancelled and billing errors are always refunded. Credit packs, day passes and lifetime plans you have not used can be refunded within 14 days of buying them. We do not refund part-used subscription periods, but where your local law gives you a right to cancel or a refund, we honour it. The Refund Policy at vidmoat.com/refunds has the details.
Yearly billing saves about 20%: Creator drops from $19 to $15/mo and Studio from $49 to $39/mo — $180/year for Creator or $468/year for Studio, charged in one payment.
