Video Stabilizer
Steady a handheld clip, review the crop, and keep editing in your browser.
Upload your footage, add it to the timeline and select Stabilize in the inspector. Vidmoat processes the clip on the server, so you do not need a desktop plugin. Clips can be up to ten minutes long per pass; processing time depends on the footage.
The stabilized file swaps onto your clip non-destructively — the original stays in your media library if you want it back.
Try it on a handheld product shot, a walking vlog or a property walkthrough. Review straight edges and the subject near the frame boundary: smoothing camera movement can crop or zoom the picture. Leave room around anything you need to keep visible.
Stabilization reduces camera shake; it cannot recover detail lost to motion blur or turn low-resolution footage into true HD. Severe shake or a fast pan may still look uneven. Compare the result with the original before exporting.

How it works
- 1Create a project, upload your video and select the shaky clip on the timeline.
- 2Choose Stabilize in the inspector and wait for the processed version to replace the clip’s media.
- 3Play the result and check the edges and crop. Continue editing, or undo if you prefer the original.
